About us
A neighbourhood school, since 1988
We opened with a handful of classrooms on Main Meerut Road. Nearly four decades later, we are still here, still teaching the same families.
Our story
New Tagore Senior Secondary School was established in 1988 to give the children of Khewra, Bahalgarh and the villages around them a full school education close to home — without a long or expensive journey into Sonipat city.
The school is co-educational and privately managed, teaching in Hindi under the Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH). Children can join us in the pre-primary section and continue right through to their Class 12 board examinations, choosing between the Arts, Commerce and Science streams.

Flag hoisting, march past and patriotic performances every 15th August.
Annual Function
Dance, drama and music on stage — the whole school takes part.

Card-making, performances and a morning for the mothers of the school.

Sapling planting and clean-and-green activities across the campus.
