Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website. It applies to newtagoreschool.in and nothing else. Last updated September 2026.
The short version
We collect what you type into our two forms, and nothing else. It is emailed to the school office and used to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the school except the service providers named below, who carry it for us.
What we collect
Admission enquiry form
Your name and mobile number, and anything you write in the message box. These reach the school office by email so that someone can call you back.
Careers application form
Your name, mobile number, the post you are applying for, and your CV. Optionally your email address, subject or specialisation, highest qualification, years of experience, present school or employer, when you could join, and any message you leave.
Your CV is stored in the school office email account and read by the people who decide on the appointment. It is not published anywhere.
Which advert brought you
If you arrive here by clicking one of our advertisements, we set a small cookie recording which advert it was, so that when you apply we can tell which advertisement is working. It records the advert, not you. If you block cookies, nothing is recorded and the form still works normally.
This site carries no analytics, no tracking pixel and no advertising scripts of any kind.
Where it goes
- The school office inbox. Every enquiry and every application is emailed to the school and kept there.
- A private staff group on Telegram. New applications, including the CV, are also sent to a closed group of school staff so that they are seen quickly. Nobody outside the school is in it.
- Meta (Facebook), for our advertising only. When an application follows one of our advertisements, we tell Meta that an application happened. Your name, phone number and email address are converted into an irreversible code before they are sent — Meta receives the code, never the details themselves — and it is used only to measure whether our advertising is working.
- Cloudflare and Google, who host this website and carry our email respectively.
We do not sell your details. We do not share them with other schools, agencies or recruiters.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in touch with you about admission. Applications and CVs are kept for the current recruitment and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case a similar post opens. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.
Children
The forms on this site are meant to be filled in by an adult — a parent or guardian enquiring about admission, or a candidate applying for a post. We do not knowingly collect details submitted by a child through this website.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to ntskwr@gmail.com or telephone the school office on +91 94161 68228. Tell us the name and mobile number you used, so we can find the right record. There is no charge.
Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions travel encrypted. No system is perfect, but we do not store your details on this website itself — they pass through it to the school's email.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page at the same time and update the date at the top.
